“We have been based at Brentano for nearly three years now. The advantages are huge for a small company like ours. Firstly, entertaining business guests is extremely easy. There are always meeting rooms available to book, even at very short notice and the care and attention that comes from Jill and her team is 2nd to none. It really does take the pressure away from meeting planning.
Basic services, such as the post room and the tuck shop mean that we don’t have to leave the office as often and we get more done! Everything has been thought through and the whole building is extremely well run. It’s incredibly important to be able to bring guests somewhere that is representative of the quality of your own company.
Brentano achieves this to an extremely high standard. We feel incredibly well supported and looked after.”
"Essentia has resided in the Brentano Suite Building on Finchley Road for nearly 4 years. The offices are very conveniently placed with two tube stations in close proximity, there are also a number of buses available from Finchley road as well. There is also ample under and overground parking available should you require.
We like the flexibility of being able to expand or contract the number of offices we utilise in a relatively short space of time as and when we require. The offices are well furnished and there is a nice kitchen on each floor with complimentary tea and coffee which is great!
There are also a number of very professional boardrooms available should we require which can be booked on relatively short notice. The reception area is also staffed by a very lovely friendly and professional team during office hours who are always available to assist with managing the boardrooms, post or any general queries that you may have.
The building is also accessible 24 hours 7 days a week by pin code, which is good for the occasional time one of the team has to work over time or on a weekend. Although the building does not have a canteen, there are many nice restaurants, cafes, coffee shops in close proximity to the office which we find very convenient during our lunch breaks.
Our experience at Brentano to date has generally been very good and I will highly recommend you consider Brentano as a high value proposition :)"
"ILA has been renting office space for over 3 years now in Solar House and we cannot fault Brentano for the services provided. Spacious, airy offices, excellent reception service, meeting rooms, clean and sparkling facilities plus an endless supply of free tea and coffee. As a small charitable organisation it is perfect for almost all our needs and is located close to all local amenities in North Finchley. And on of top of all of this we know that Brentano can enable us to grow if we need more space."

"I've rented an office here a few times for meetings. It is easy to get to by public transport although there is also parking nearby.
The office I've used is clean, quiet and spacious, the reception friendly, and they are very tolerant of overunning. They have also been flexible when there has been a need to reschedule.

"I have been a tenant at The Brentano Suite for 4 years. My company, Sersy Associates, is based at The Brentano Suite in Whetstone, just a stone’s throw from the high street.
It is a great location and we have a lovely space. All members of The Brentano Suite team are very friendly, helpful and always try their best to help tenants accommodate their needs.
The facilities available are excellent and invariably well maintained, and the other tenants are great too. Overall a lovely and productive, professional yet friendly, working atmosphere."
